First, have you tried re-downloading the Grassmod file? Downloads can sometimes mess up a bit, I have heard about one person who downloaded a driver, got this message, downloaded it again and it worked.
Have you tried choosing "Ignore"? Try that and see if it carries on. I have heard word that this error can be caused by spyware and trojans, so if all else fails poke around with an anti-virus program to see if you've got anything. Don't use Norton though, it sucks.
