I have made my first mod. A old Fiat 95-55 Tractor. Its not completely done yet, i still have some adjustments to make with the texture. But the model is finished and working. Please tell me what you think:

It looks good, it's certainly an original concept for the game as you don't see many tractors from the decades past. Would it be possible for you to 'muddy up' the texture a bit, perhaps include some rust? It's just a thought, but it could have a great effect at showing the years the tractor would have seen.

I'll look forward to seeing it. 
Perhaps I should look into modding too...I have done some small things in the past on Sketchup. I'll be terribly out of practice though, what program do you use?

Only Giants Editor an Notepad. Its actually two tractors i hav cloned cuz i dont know to make 3d-models. It wasent easy though, still have used a lot of time on it. But i will try to make 3d-models with maya. Have a lot of ideas for mods

I doubt I'll be able to get into modding unless their is a full English guide written.

Well. I dont know german and my technical english isent that good so i have ti figure most of it out by myself. Gotta be tough i think. But i will still give it a try.

I may give it a shot. I can get some sketchy basics by using an Internet translator if I find a decent starter guide. I will have to see.

I agree with you on that.
I'll have a look over the forums on LS-Modschmiede for some info when I can get back on it. I keep getting "connection timed out" at the moment. It's annoying, especially when I want to DL one thing from there.
